SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Texas Star Winery's shipping policy. We are dedicated to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your favorite wines. Although we are currently only shipping wines within the state of Texas, we look forward to one day serving our friends across the country. Our shipping methods are reliable, our packaging is secure, and our costs are transparent. We aim to build trust and loyalty with our customers through clear and efficient shipping services.

Please note that shipping is currently only available for Texas residents. A minimum of 2 bottles is required per order and is priced to ship in quantities of 2, 4, 6, and 12 bottles.

 

Due to high temperatures in Texas, TSW cannot guarantee the condition of wine upon delivery. While our shipping policy covers bottles damaged in transit, it does not cover wine compromised by heat exposure.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Texas Star Winery, we are committed to providing high-quality wines and exceptional customer service. Due to state regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of alcoholic beverages except under specific circumstances outlined below.
 

In compliance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Over-purchasing

  • Unopened bottles

  • Gifts or event leftovers​

We will consider returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Product Defects: If a wine is found to be spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of purchase.

  • Packaging Damage: If the product was damaged before or during delivery.

  • Order Errors: If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part.​
