Susan, the co-owner and tasting room manager, brings her infectious smile and warm personality to the winery most weekends. A University of Kansas graduate and Jayhawks fan, she loves reds, especially 59 Delegates, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir.

Jim, the co-owner and winemaker, holds degrees from Texas A&M, the University of Dallas, and Northcentral University. Passionate about red wines and barrel aging, he enjoys Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon by day and a Tuscan-style wine at night.

Meet Stephanie, an adventurous spirit who enjoys kayaking, ATVing, hiking, and  the great outdoors. Among her favorites are the crisp Riesling, the bold 59 Red, and the uniquely Texan Wild Mustang. Stephanie brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does at Texas Star Winery.

Carol started at Texas Star Winery in November 2021. She really enjoys meeting new people and serving them all the different wines Texas Star has to offer. Her favorite wines are the Wild Mustang and the fruit wines. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling her grandkids.

Linda has been with Texas Star Winery since it opened in 2014, witnessing its growth into a larger tasting room, winery, and event space. Her favorite wine depends on the day—sometimes Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio, sometimes a red.

​Melissa has been at Texas Star since fall of 2017. She likes many varieties of Texas Star Wines including Blueberry, Trebbiano, and Pinot Noir, but her absolute favorite is Cranberry. When not at the winery, you might find her teaching Jazzercise, baking, or in the garden growing prickly pear cactus for the next batch of wine.
