Here, you'll find answers to some of the most common inquiries about visiting Texas Star Winery. We aim to provide you with all the information you need to enhance your experience with us. If you have any questions that aren't covered, feel free to reach out directly, and we'll be happy to assist!

What are the winery hours?The winery and tasting room is open Friday and Saturday from 11AM to 6PM and Sunday 12PM to 5 PM.

Do you offer wine tastings?Yes. Currently we are offering a tasting of five wines for $15 plus tax. This tasting includes five wines.

What is your serving timeframe?The pace of tastings depends on you but usually lasts about 30 minutes.

When is your last call?No new tastings will be started 15 minutes and final glass pours 15 minutes prior to closing time.

Do I need a reservation?No. We operate on a first come first served basis. For groups larger than 6 it is highly recommended that you contact us in advance for suggestions to best times to accommodate you. We have space on our outdoor deck where large groups may be seated.

Do you offer tours?Not at this time. Please check back soon, we plan to expand our tasting room and offerings in the summer of 2025.

Are children allowed at the winery?Our winery is designed as an adult venue. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times. We request that that they have respect for the other guests in attendance as well as our trees and landscaping. We do not currently offer any products designed for children and you will need to supply those. Children are not allowed at the bar per TABC regulation. If seated, children need to be seated with their parent or guardian at their table.

Do you allow pets?We welcome furry friends to enjoy our outdoor spaces but they must be leashed and we ask you to take care of their "business". We welcome trained service animals. Animals much be trained to do work or perform a specific task as defined by the ADA.

Do you allow smoking?Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.

May I bring food?You may bring food from other sources and enjoy it outdoors. Please dispose of all discards appropriately.

May I bring other alcohol with me?No. TABC does not allow consumption of alcohol from other sources not produced at the winery.

Do you offer RV hookups?No, there are no hookups for RVs on the properties. However, we are located close to the Chappell Hill RV Resort.

Do you host private events?Yes! Please contact us directly with your request at info@txstarwinery.com.

Do you ship wine?Yes, we currently ship wine in to purchasers in the state of Texas.
